Trademark and Copyright Restrictions

The Trunk Group Limited owns all rights to this website and all related materials and content such as images, audio clips, text, graphics, electronic downloads, icons and software where available. Use and access to this website and its materials are solely for personal use only.

Re-production or copies of this site or any of its materials for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited, unless prior written consent has been obtained from us. Materials owned by the Trunk Group Limited must not be used for illegal and/or fraudulent activities. Any user found to have breached this is subject to both legal and civil prosecution.


By using this website, you hereby grant us consent and acknowledge our use of your personal information and your recipients contact details for the purpose of completing your order, as set out in accordance with our privacy policy.

Our website may feature products and services provided by our exclusive suppliers, in which case we may be required to share customer details, where relevant, for the sole purpose of completing and delivering an order. We understand that some customers may withhold their personal information if they wish to send their gift anonymously, however certain information must be disclosed to us in order to complete electronic transactions. We will still take the necessary measures, where possible, to conceal the sender’s identity from the recipient.

The Trunk Group Limited reserves the right to withhold, postpone or cancel any orders suspected of being the result of fraud. Placing orders under a fake name or with credit card(s) obtained through fraudulent means is considered an illegal activity, in which case we may choose to pursue legal action if the situation arises.

Transactions, Payment and Prices

We take reasonable care to ensure that all prices and descriptions on our website are accurate. All prices quoted on our website are in Hong Kong Dollars, and include free delivery to Hong Kong Metropolitan areas, unless otherwise stated. Delivery to remote areas or special delivery arrangements may incur additional charges. The Trunk Group Limited reserve the right to request payment of these charges where applicable.

If goods are being delivered outside of Hong Kong, additional shipping charges apply and can be quoted at the time of placing your order. The Trunk Group Limited will not be held responsible for any sales tax, goods and services tax, customs tax or other similar taxes and charges imposed by other government agencies.

Your goods will not be shipped or delivered until payment has been received. You may pay for your products on our website through our secure payment gateways, or you can contact our customer sales team to take your payments offline. Direct Bank Transfers must be accompanied with a payment confirmation or receipt.

Any refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the credit card or PayPal account in which the original transaction was made. The Trunk Group Limited will not issue refunds in the form of cash, cheques or transfer the funds to a third party account. All refunds are at our sole discretion and the final decision lies with The Trunk Group Limited.

Promotional Offers, Gift Certificates and Discounts

Gift vouchers and gift certificates issued by Gift Something have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. All vouchers are issued with a promotional code containing 12 characters formed by a combination of letters and numbers, which are applicable for one use only. Gift vouchers are valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue and can be used towards the purchase of items currently featured on our site.

Gift Something may send out promotional materials and special offers from time to time. These promotional codes will have a limited time period and may be restricted to certain items on our website. Details and specific terms and conditions of any such limitations can be found in the communication materials received with the code itself. We cannot apply promotional codes to orders outside of the promotional period. Some promotional codes may only be redeemable to orders and transactions using direct bank transfers. It is at the sole discretion of the Company as to when and which codes this applies.

Discount and promotional codes should be entered on the shopping cart page before checkout, and your discount will be applied to the items in your basket which fit the promotional codes’ criteria. You are advised to review your order and ensure that your discount has been successfully redeemed before continuing with your purchase. We are unable to apply any discounts to orders that have already been placed, and where payment has already been received.

Only one promotional code may be used in any single transaction. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Trunk Group Limited reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel any promotional codes in the event that these terms are breached, and the customer will be responsible to pay for any outstanding balances as a result of this.

Any refund you may be entitled to receive shall not include the redemption value of any promotional codes or offers used at the time of purchase. Customers will receive no more than the amount paid towards the final cart price.


Many products and services provided on our website may be subject to stock availability, seasonal availability and market supply. While we make every effort to ensure that every gift is aligned with the product descriptions and images as shown on our website, certain products may be subject to availability. The Trunk Group Limited reserves the right make substitutions, where necessary, without prior notice.

Individual Gifts

In the event that your chosen item is out of stock, we may substitute your gift, where possible, with the same item of a different colour or design. In cases where a substitution cannot be made, we will notify you via email and you will be entitled to an exchange or refund.

Flower Gifts

To ensure that your flowers are of the freshest and highest quality, all floral bouquets and arrangements are made to order using only the freshest blooms which are hand selected each day. As flowers are a perishable and natural product, we are unable to guarantee availability of certain blooms due to climate factors, seasonal and market availability. Under these circumstances we may be required to substitute flowers and/or foliage within your chosen arrangement.

Hamper Gifts

As we work with many exclusive brands and source products from around the world, certain products may be subject to seasonal availability and market supply. In the event that products are unavailable, we will substitute with similar item(s) of an equal or higher value. In cases where your chosen hamper/basket style is out of stock, we will upgrade your order to a basket style of higher value or size.

Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

We are unable to cancel any orders containing perishable orders once it has been prepared, dispatched or delivered. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you may not be entitled to a refund and will be required to pay the full value of the original order.

Cancellations of perishable items must be made at least 2 working days in advance, and for any non-perishable products cancellations must be made no less than 1 working day (24 hours) prior to your requested delivery time. If your request for cancellation is received outside of these time frames you will be charged $120 for administrative and handling costs. To cancel your order, simply contact our customer services team on (852) 2730 0885 or [email protected] with your order number.

Customers may amend or exchange their gift if their request is received no less than 2 working days (48 hours) prior to delivery. We are unable to provide any alterations to orders that are in the process of being prepared or ready for dispatch/ delivery. For exchange of gifts or products of a higher value, the difference in price must be paid for by the customer.

For alterations, amendments or additional items to our online hamper sets, any extra costs incurred must be paid for by the customer. In the event that any replacement good(s) has a lower value than the original product, the difference in value will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse order adjustments or amendments.

If your gift arrives damaged or with items missing, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of delivery, and if applicable, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible. For perishable items, we reserves the right to request for a photo of the delivered product.

If your gift qualifies for a refund or exchange, all products must be returned to us in its original packaging and must not be damaged or stained in any way. The customer will bear the cost of returning the product to us, and we advise that returns to be send using a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. If the product or packaging is damaged during transit as it is being returned back to us, the customer will be responsible for any diminished value as a result of this. Refunds will not be permitted for any gifts that are returned incomplete or with damaged packaging. The customer is responsible for the condition of the gift and will be liable for any damages incurred during its return transit back to us.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of goods if more than 7 days has passed since the gift(s) were delivered or more than 7 days has passed since notice was given to return the item(s) to us. Any refunds you are entitled to will be made no more than 7 working days after the goods have been received by us. All refunds will be made to the original card or account in which the initial transaction was made. We do not offer any cash refunds.

We are unable to offer refunds to any gifts that are returned to us and marked as “undeliverable”.

All electronic products come with manufacturer warranty and are non-refundable. In cases of damaged, faulty or defective items, please contact the manufacturer directly within 7 days of receiving the item and refer to the product warranty card. The Trunk Group Limited will not be held responsible for returns, repairs or replacement of electronics goods.

We are unable to offer refunds for any gift vouchers or experience gifts provided by our exclusive partners. Customers may be eligible to exchange or upgrade their voucher for a higher value or different experience, depending on the Terms and Conditions of our partners.

Gift Something reserves the right to refuse the customers’ request for cancellations, exchanges, alterations, amendments, returns and refunds. All final decisions lie with The Trunk Group Limited.

Non-refundable and non-returnable products.

Due to health and safety reasons, some items are not applicable to our refund or returns policy, however in exceptional cases where the quality of the product received elicits concern, we reserve the right to handle these matters at our own discretion.

To avoid any disappointment, please check the list below carefully of our non-refundable and non-returnable items:

     - Perishable goods (including food, fruit and flowers)

     - Beverages

     - Perfume and soap

     - Cosmetics

     - Clothing and personal items (such as towels)

     - Gift Vouchers and Experience Gifts

     - Electronic Goods

     - Discounted and promotional items

Conditions of Delivery

Gift Something offers free delivery to Hong Kong Metropolitan areas. Restricted areas and suburbs outside of these areas may be subject to additional delivery/shipping fees.

Our same day delivery service is available for orders placed before 1pm HKT. Certain items and delivery suburbs may not qualify for same day delivery. If you have opted for same day delivery the earliest available time slot is 4pm – 6pm. Customers purchasing flowers or hamper gifts may have the flexibility to choose a preferred time slot and date in which they would like their gift to be delivered. Whilst we endeavor to deliver your order within your chosen time slot, delays may be unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions and accidents.

For added piece of mind, we may offer specific time delivery and urgent delivery services depending on the items in your order. Specific time delivery will incur an additional charge of HKD $160 and is applicable to most flower items on our site, allowing customers to have more control in regards to the time in which their flowers are to be delivered. Requests for delivery within a shorter time slot period than those available on our website will be considered as specific time.  For customers who have missed the cut off time for same day delivery, we may be able to provide you with our urgent delivery service for an additional HKD $200, in which your order will be processed, packaged, dispatched and delivered ASAP. Specific time delivery and urgent delivery services will not be available for all orders. If your order qualifies for either of these services, the options will be available to you at time of checkout. Any additional costs for shipping are reflected on the checkout page before completing your order. By submitting your payment details and placing your order, you agree to pay for such charges.

Requests for delivery at a specific time or within a narrow time frame must be submitted at least 24 hours before the intended delivery time. Failure to do so may result in additional transportation fees, which will be billed to the customer. Gift Something cannot guarantee the availability of special delivery requests. We reserve the right to refuse requests due to lack of delivery resources to meet such requests.

Due to high volumes during peak seasons, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or suspend the services for time slot deliveries, specific time delivery and urgent deliveries.

The Trunk Group Limited will not be held accountable for any delays in delivery or failed deliveries if any of the following apply:

     - The recipient is not present/available at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, and/or there is no one available to accept delivery on behalf of the recipient.

     - The shipping address provided is incorrect.

     - There is insufficient information about the recipient for us to complete the delivery.

     - The recipients contact telephone number is incorrect or invalid.

     - Typhoon signal number 8 or higher has been issued.

     - A black rainstorm signal has been raised

Failed deliveries as a result of the recipient not present at the delivery address or due to inaccurate delivery information will incur additional delivery charges. The cost for re-delivery will be payable by the purchaser. Where re-delivery is required, The Trunk Group Limited cannot guarantee that the quality and freshness of perishable items will be retained after the additional transportation time. Customers may request their order to be replaced and re-packed with fresh items before a second delivery attempt is made, in which case a charge of 70% of the original purchase cost plus delivery fee will be applied.

In cases where severe weather or traffic conditions prevents us from making a successful delivery, we will attempt a second delivery within 24 hours at no additional cost.

A delivery surcharge will apply if an order needs to be redirected to an alternative address. We may also implement a surcharge for change of address and/or change of delivery time/date if notice is received less than 24 hours prior to delivery.

Please read our delivery schedules carefully for more information regarding the delivery of your order. You may refer to the specific delivery information as provided for flower gifts, hamper gifts and individual gifts.

In cases where an order is a combination of flower, hamper and or individual gifts, the delivery schedule with the latest delivery date/time will preside. Delivery Overseas

For items shipped outside Hong Kong, additional charges will apply and a quote can be provided by our staff at the time of placing your order. We will only charge our customers for the cost of delivery. The Trunk Group Limited will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred through taxes and charges such as sales, goods and services, customs or other similar taxes imposed by other government agencies.

Certain items do not comply with regulations for shipping overseas and are therefore restricted from being delivered outside Hong Kong. If one or more items within your purchased hamper set is prohibited, we will take the necessary steps to replace or substitute these items in compliance with the regulations.

Prohibited items:

     - Liquids (including lotions, shower gels, bubble baths)

     - Alcohol

     - Flowers

     - Fruit

Complaints Policy

We are unable to offer refunds to perishable products such as fruit and flowers once they have been delivered. If you would like to lodge a complaint in regards to any of the items you have received, please get in touch with our customer services department within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. If your complaint is received during a holiday or while the office is closed, one of our representatives will get in touch with you by the next working day. Please bear in mind that complaints made during busy peak seasons may take a little longer for us to respond. Our representatives are passionate about working with you to resolve any complaints you may have and ensure that you are happy. Gift Something reserves the right to retain the original product or request for photographic records for internal investigation use.


The Trunk Group Limited is limited in liability to the fullest extent as permitted by law, to each of the following factors:

     - the replacement and supply of goods, or equivalent goods, including costs incurred to obtain these goods

     - application or supply of services including costs.

The Trunk Group Limited makes no guarantee or warranty that this website, or any information or ideas contained within will meet your specific requirements. This limitation applies to any and all liability, however alleged, unless prohibited by law.

Use of this website shows your acknowledgment that any loss of profits, revenue or contracts cannot be sought from the Trunk Group Limited in regards to any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages which arise out of any purchases from our site.


In the case of any inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
