I believe the best and most meaningful public holiday in the world (after Christmas that is) is mother’s day. I mean it’s a day set aside to celebrate the real super heroes of this world. It takes a lot to bring someone into this world, and I am not just talking about the nine months of discomfort, crazy hormones and constant eating or the hours and hours of agony that is labor; I am referring to all the love, sacrifice and devotion that goes in to raising that person up and in this world. Mothers are the best things in this and you should spend your whole appreciating your mom’s awesomeness. However, since there is really one official day set aside to properly celebrate mothers, these are some ideas on how to celebrate this mother’s day.

To start the day off a little breakfast in bed is a great idea, afterwards you should give her some peace and quiet where she does not need to cook for anyone or get anyone ready but herself.
