International delivery is available on many of the products and hampers featured on our site.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship certain items including perishable products, flowers and liquids overseas. Delivery costs are calculated according to the product’s size, weight and delivery destination. You may contact us for a delivery quote and to place your order.
Please note that any gifts or hampers sent overseas may be subject to additional duties, taxes or other charges imposed by other Government Authorities. Any such charges must be borne by the recipient or customer. Our staff are unable to provide any information in regards to other charges which may be imposed by other countries, nor will The Trunk Group Limited be responsible for such fees.
Our offices in Hong Kong and Singapore makes it more convenient to send gifts to your friends and family within greater China and South East Asia areas. We may be able to accommodate your gifting requirements including flowers, hampers and other gifts.

What To Expect On The Day Of The Delivery








Once an international order is processed, the customer will receive an email from our customer service team with a tracking number. The tracking number can be used by the customer to track their order on Speedpost and follow up with them. Enabling customers to keep track of their parcel's location and expected delivery date. This transparent and accountable approach provides customers with peace of mind that their package is on its way.
