HOW CAN I JOIN YOUR REWARDS PROGRAM

Our rewards program is open to all customers. Simply follow the instructions below to create an account and start enjoying the rewards our progam has to offer.

Go to account registration by clicking on the SIGN UP button. You will find this in the top right corner of the page

Provide your personal details

Enter a password which is both strong

Secure Password must be between 8-16 characters in length and contain at least THREE of the following: lowercase letter, uppercase letter, number, special character

Select "Create An Account"

Complete reCAPTCHA verification by following the instructions on screen

Once the verification is complete, your rewards account will be created

HOW TO EARN REWARD POINTS

You must be logged into your account at the time of purchase to be eligible to earn reward points. You will receive 2 reward points for every full HK $100 spent in a single order.

Points will be accumulated when you shop at any of our participating websites (giftflowers.com.hk, gifthampers.com.hk or giftsomething.com).

DO REWARD POINTS HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?

Yes, your points will expire if you do not spend them. You will get 720 days in which to redeem your points once you've earned them.

Reward points which have been redeemed or have expired are done so in chronological order, so your old points get used up first.

HOW DO I SPEND MY REWARDS POINTS?

Once you have found your perfect gift(s), make sure you are logged in to your rewards account and head over to the checkout page, then follow the steps listed below:

1. Enter your delivery details on the checkout page until you reach step 3 'Review & Payments'

2. Fill in your details

3. Expand the section 'Apply Reward Dollars' by clicking on the text

4. Select the checkbox 'use maximum' to apply all your available points to the order, or enter a custom amount in the field box

5. Click on 'Apply Points'

6. The discount applied to your order will appear in your order summary and the total cost of your order will be updated

7. Complete your order by clicking on 'Continue with Payment' and select your preferred method of payment

I CANNOT SPEND MY POINTS. WHY?

You will be able to spend your reward points as long as:

1. you have successfully logged in to your rewards account before proceeding to the checkout page

2. you are using our standard checkout page and not our 'multiple addresses checkout to place your order

3. you have reached the correct section of the checkout page, which is 'Review & Payments'

4. you have clicked on the text 'Apply Reward Dollars' to expand the section for which to redeem your points (this is above payment methods)

5. you have clicked the 'apply points' button - the system will not apply the discount unless you have done this Unfortunately, we are currently unable to support the redemption/spending of reward points through our mulitple addresses checkout.

YOU HAVE THREE WEBSITES. HOW MANY ACCOUNTS DO I NEED?

You only need one rewards account to start enjoying the benefits of our rewards program.

Our unified rewards program means that you can collect points when spending at any of our three websites but manage and view them within a single account.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY POINTS TO APPEAR IN MY REWARDS ACCOUNT?

As soon as payment has been successfully processed and your order has been confirmed, the points earned from the corresponding purchase will be credited to your account instantaneously.

Bank transfer or cheque payments will require longer processing times for the points to appear in your account and is subject to funds being received.

I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY POINTS I'VE COLLECTED

You can view your rewards points balance and history from your rewards account.

1) MY REWARD POINTS The amount of points that you currently have available to spend / redeem

2) HISTORY A summary of points that you have accumulated, redeemed or have expired.

IS SPENDING OF REWARD POINTS RESTRICTED TO THE WEBSITE FROM WHICH THEY WERE EARNED?

Of course not!. Regardless of whether you are buying your gifts from one or all three of our websites, the points you earn from your order(s) will be combined, so the more you spend the more points you will acquire. You can then choose to redeem part or all of your reward points at either Gift Flowers HK, Gift Hampers HK or Gift Something.

I'M UNABLE TO LOG IN. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You may be unable to log in to your account for a number of reasons:

- the email address is incorrect or misspelt - you have entered the wrong password

- you have failed reCAPTCHA

- there is no rewards account associated with the email address entered We suggest that you check tthat the email address and password you have entered is correct first. You may then try and reset your password.

If you are still having trouble logging in, contact our customer services team for assistance.

1) To reset your password, use 'forgot your password' and enter the email address associated with your rewards account. Retrieve the reset password email from your inbox (or junk/spam folder) and follow the instructions to create a new password.

2) You can also reach out to our customer services team via live chat, email or whatsapp to regain access to your rewards account

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the terms and conditions of our rewards program as set out below. By registering for a rewards account with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.ACCOUNT CREATION

To enroll in the rewards program, customers must register for an account via any of its corresponding websites: Gift Flowers HK, Gift Hampers HK or Gift Something.

2. ENROLLING IN THE PROGRAM

Enrollment to the program shall be at the customers own accord. Upon creating an account, customers will be required to provide personal data such as name and email address for account registration to be successful. Rewards membership is free to all customers and the progam is only available to participating websites in Hong Kong.

3.EARNING REWARD POINTS

Each full HK$100 increment in a single transaction will earn members 2 reward points. Issuance of reward points is predicated on order confirmation and successful payment in full. Reward points cannot be earned from past orders, shipping fees, gift vouchers or any other promotional offers.

Points will only be awarded on the condition that the customer is logged in to their rewards account at the time of purchase. Gift Something is not responsible for reward points lost for failing to comply.

If a transaction from which points are issued or redeemed has been cancelled or refunded, the points movement associated to this order will be reversed.

Points are earned for transactions completed on the company's Hong Kong websites only. Gift Something reserves the right to adjust your points balance at any time if fraudulant activity is suspected.

4.REWARD POINTS REDEMPTION

Reward points are converted at the rate of 1 point = HK$1 and must be redeemed at the time of purchase. Points from more than one account cannot be combined, nor can they be sold, exchanged or transferred. Any points found to be earned, held or redeemed in breach of these Terms and Conditions will automatically become invalid.

Reward points cannot be exchanged or redeemed in whole or in part for cash or credit. Redemption of reward points is not applicable towards delivery fees, handling and admin charges or any other services which may incur a fee.

Members must be logged in to their account in order to redeem all or part of their reward points. Redemption of reward points is not supported by our multiple addresses checkout.

5.REWARD POINTS EXPIRATION

Reward points have an individual expiration period of 720 days which starts from the day the points were issued. Unused points will automatically expire and shall be deduct from the account on the date of expiration

6. TERMINATION OF REWARDS ACCOUNT

If any accounts are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or are involved in any suspicious activities, including but not limited to fraud or misconduct or misuse of the program, Gift Something reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts without notice. If there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity on your account, Gift Something has the right to adjust your points balance, and the account holder may be liable for any losses incurred as a result. Members may also terminate their account on their own accord. Any points lost due to the closure of reward accounts cannot be recovered or exchanged.

7.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Gift Something will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from matters in relation to the rewards program, including but without limitataton to errors or issues to the progam which affects the ability to earn or redeem reward points for any reason. Gift Something shall have the final say in any disputes relating to points balance, points earned or redemption of points.

8.PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information we collect will only be used facilitate the fulfilment and completion of your order. If you have granted us permission we shall also use your information to send you promotional offers and product/service updates. We will not disclose your personal details to third parties unless required by law or as outlined in our privacy policy.

9. MODIFICATIONS RELATED TO THE PROGRAM

Gift Something reserves the rights to suspend, terminate or modify all or part of the rewards program with immediate effect and without prior notice.

10. MODIFICATIONS RELATING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please review these terms and conditions on a regular basis in case of any changes. Gift Something reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with immediate effect and without notice. This includes, but is not limited to value of points, capacity in which points are earned, points exipration or points redemption criteria.

Upon successful registration of a rewards acount you are hereby bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that you and read and understood them fully.

Should there be any inconsistency, conflict or disrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall always prevail.
