Substitution Policy

We make every effort to deliver products exactly as shown. However, due to seasonal availability or supplier shortages, items, brands/flavours, packaging, or presentation may be substituted. Any substitution will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall style/theme and quality of your order. Where flavours/brands vary, close equivalents will be chosen if necessary.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products—and hygiene considerations for baby and personal-care items—refunds and returns are not available. If something arrives damaged, missing, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a prompt replacement of the affected item(s) or provide an equivalent remedy at our discretion.

Please note: Issues arising from incorrect/incomplete addresses, recipient unavailability, or building/access restrictions may incur redelivery fees.

If quality falls short, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will provide a fresh replacement (for perishable items) or an equivalent replacement (for non-perishable items).

Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover special customer requests (e.g., delivery timing windows, specific colours/packaging finishes). Variations may occur, and substitutions may be made where necessary.
