Any substitution will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall style/theme and quality of your order. Where flavours/brands vary, close equivalents will be chosen if necessary.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products—and hygiene considerations for baby and personal-care items—refunds and returns are not available. If something arrives damaged, missing, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a prompt replacement of the affected item(s) or provide an equivalent remedy at our discretion.
