Refund & Replacement Policy

If something arrives damaged, missing, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a prompt replacement of the affected item(s) or provide an equivalent remedy at our discretion.
