DIY Balloon Decorating Terms & Conditions

 

Payment

• Full payment is required at time of confirmation.

 

Cancellation / Postponement 

• No cancellation is allowed. All goods and services will be forfeited upon cancellation. No refunds will be given on cancellation. 
• Upon cancellation, the buyer may choose to have the purchased goods sent to his/ her nominated address within 3 days. If no delivery address is nominated within 3 days, all goods will be forfeited.
• The buyer may postpone delivery of goods and services by giving 3 days’ notice without charge. Postponement of services with less than 3 days’ notice cannot be postponed. 

 

Setup

• We require a minimum setup time of 2 hours. More time may be required for more complex setups. A dismantling service is offered at an additional charge.

 

Typhoon Signal No.8 / Black Rainstorm Warning

• Due to occupation health and safety, no decorating service will be conducted when weather warning is hoisted. We may choose to complete our decoration service earlier and immediately after weather warnings are lowered.
• The same cancellation and postponement policy applies when typhoon signal no.8 or above or the black rainstorm warning is hoisted.

 

Liability

• By engaging in our service, the customer agrees to waive The Trunk Group Limited of any liability as a result of failure of product and services rendered, either directly or indirectly and/ or whether such the service is complete or incomplete.

 

Authority & Acceptance

• The Trunk Group Limited reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute in the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions, the decision of The Trunk Group Limited is final.
