Flight Simulator Experience

Before you take the captain's seat in the flight simulator cockpit, a real licensed pilot will give you a short, detailed briefing explaining all the instruments and controls. The software simulates an Airbus 320 plane and is used by pilots for training. You will have complete control as you take this 77-tonne aircraft into the air, but don't worry, your instructor pilot will be right next to you to guide you through the flight.

In this 45-minute experience, you can choose a route from the choices of Kai Tak Approach, Sully Challenge or Paro Valley Bhutan. This introductory flight simulator experience will allow you to captain this Airbus A320, where you will learn the basic procedures of taking off, cruising at several thousand feet and finally landing at the same airport.

Kai Tak Approach
Remember the spectacular air landing at the old Hong Kong Kai Tak airport which flew over the Victoria Harbour, through the tall buildings and onto the runway that extended into the water? As the pilot of this flight simulator experience, you will see Hong Kong Island from the air, flying past IFC, ICC, Stanley and Aberdeen and finally approaching the most difficult airport in the world – Kai Tak. Come and experience the nostalgia!

Sully Challenge
Challenge yourself with one of the most extraordinary and miraculous flights in aviation history.This scenario will present you with a mechanical error where you will have to make an emergency landing on the Hudson River in New York!

Paro Valley
Paro Valley in Bhutan is at a high altitude of 7332 feet above sea level and it is surrounded by the Himalayan mountains which stand at over 18000 feet. Yet, the runway is less than 2000m long. Currently, only 8 pilots in the world have the certification to perform this challenging landing and now you will have a chance to try it too!

Number of People
This Experience Voucher is valid for up to 2 people in a private session.
Each participant will take turns in the captain seat in the flight simulator due to limited capacity.

Availability and Duration

This experience lasts for 45 minutes.
Bookings can be made on any day 2 weeks in advance and are subject to availability.

Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance by calling +852 2882 4881 (Monday to Sunday, 10:00 - 19:00) with your voucher code and are subject to availability.
2. Once an Experience booking has been confirmed, no cancellations are permitted. Participants may reschedule their experience where notice has been given at least 1 week prior to experience date and time. Otherwise, the value of the Experience Voucher will be forfeited.
3. If bad weather affects a booking it will be rescheduled by the Experience Partner at no cost to Customers. The rescheduled Experience date must on or before the expiration date of the Voucher, otherwise the value of the Voucher will be forfeited.
4. The Participant must submit a valid Spoilt Experience Voucher to the Experience Partners on or before the experience date as payment for this experience.
5. All Spoilt Experience Vouchers must be booked and used on or before the expiration date.
6. Unless otherwise stated, once a booking has been confirmed by the Experience Partner, a Participant's Experience Voucher will be considered used. Vouchers will no longer be exchangeable for other Spoilt Experiences. Vouchers are nonrefundable.
