This experience voucher is valid for 4 people.

Parties of up to 20 people can be catered for at an additional cost of $1000 per person.

Availability & Duration

This experience lasts for a total of 4 hours. This includes 1 hour for preparation, and 3 hours of dinner service.

Bookings can be made on any day and for any time, subject to availability and must be made at least 4 weeks in advance. Please notify us of any additional guests at least 3 days prior to your experience date.

Experience Location

This experience will take place at a location of your choice.

External private kitchen studios in Sheung Wan and SOHO, Central are avaialbe for rent. Please enquire about rental costs at the time of booking.

Weather

Weather conditions will not affect this experience if a suitable indoor location has been selected to host the dinner party.

Additional Information

    -  This expereince includes all food and cooking services for a 3 course meal. Drinks, crockery, cutlery and glassware are not included, however these can be
       provided at an additional cost.

    -  Chef Tom's Signature Menu with wine pairings and European cheese board is avaialbe for an additional cost of $1900

    -  Menu is subject to seasonality.

    -  Kitchen requirements: The kitchen at your chosen location must have at least 2 stove tops, a working area with a surface of at least 1m² , an oven and
       a selection of saucepans and frying pans. Equipment rental is avaialble for an additional cost. A good-sized fridge with at least 2 free shelves is also
       required on the day.

    -  At least noe helper to assist with service and clean up will be required on the day.
