Singing Bowl Therapy Experience

Tibetan singing bowls are widely used for sound therapy around the globe. Their vibration can flow through the body to ease your muscles and their sounds have been proven to bring benefits physically, emotionally and mentally.

In this 1-hour experience, you can choose from the following therapies：

Head and Sole Therapy
*Not suitable for those with recent (within 2 years) major head surgeries
Especially useful for those with stressful work, high blood pressure, Parkinson's, Dementia, athletes
Singing Bowl Massage Therapy
Especially useful for those with tense muscles
Chakra Balancing and Cleansing Therapy
Nadi Shuddhi (Cleansing)
Mind Focus Therapy
Especially useful for those who have attention deficits, even hyperactive children
Pain Relief Therapy
This is only for muscle pain and joint pain, not for bone pain
Cough Cleaning Therapy
Especially useful for lung cancer patients
Aura Cleansing Therapy
Relaxing Therapy
(Some therapies are not suitable for pregnant women)

Your therapist will use different techniques and singing bowls to create customized sound vibrations catering for your specific needs. Other instruments like a bell and tingsha will also be used in the experience. You will be massaged by the strong vibration of singing bowls. Blockages within your body can be opened up and as a bonus, tense muscles can also be relaxed! You will feel relieved afterwards as the gloom and tensions go away.

Your sound therapist is certified by the Natural Soundhealing International School (Nepal), and is a pupil of a native Nepalese Healing Master specialized in Sound Healing and Singing Bowls.

What to wear

Please wear full-cotton long sleeves clothes and pants. Please bring an extra set of clothes to change if you are planning to go with Pain relief therapy.

Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance by calling +852 2882 4881 (Monday to Sunday, 10:00 - 19:00) with your voucher code and are subject to availability.
2. Once an Experience booking has been confirmed, no cancellations are permitted. Participants may reschedule their experience where notice has been given at least 1 week prior to experience date and time. Otherwise, the value of the Experience Voucher will be forfeited.
3. If bad weather affects a booking it will be rescheduled by the Experience Partner at no cost to Customers. The rescheduled Experience date must on or before the expiration date of the Voucher, otherwise the value of the Voucher will be forfeited.
4. The Participant must submit a valid Spoilt Experience Voucher to the Experience Partners on or before the experience date as payment for this experience.
5. All Spoilt Experience Vouchers must be booked and used on or before the expiration date.
6. Unless otherwise stated, once a booking has been confirmed by the Experience Partner, a Participant's Experience Voucher will be considered used. Vouchers will no longer be exchangeable for other Spoilt Experiences. Vouchers are nonrefundable.
