Substitution Policy

Whilst we endeavour to provide our customers with the exact products as represented in the images and descriptions on our website many of our products are subject to market supply; therefore we are unable to guarantee availability of all our products.

In the event that any gifts / items are unavailable, we may substitute with the same item of a different design or colour where available. In cases where substitution is not possible, you will be notified through email, under which circumstances, you will be entitled to exchange your chosen item for an alternative gift, or request a refund.
