SUP Yoga For Two
Paddling on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) is a great cardio and core body workout. It is as gentle or as extreme as you make it, as you stand on the board using pure balance! With the incorporation of yoga, which emphasises flexibility and strength, SUP yoga will help you develop your core muscle strength and balance! It is beginner-friendly too!
In this 2-hour SUP yoga experience, you will experience SUP yoga on the beautiful waters of Sai Kung! You will first do some stretching and get on the paddleboard under the guidance of your professional coach who will then introduce you to the basics of handling the SUP. After the introduction, you will have an active yoga class on your SUP. Then, you can have some me-time in the water with your paddleboard!
Through bringing yoga to the outdoor waters with SUP, you can work on flexibility, balance, meditation and strength. You can also build a deeper connection with the natural beauty around you on a SUP! Enjoy the summer fun!

This experience voucher is valid for 2 people in a group booking.
Additional guests may join at an additional cost of $600 per person, up to a maximum of 40 people.
Please note this experience requires a minimum of 4 participants to go ahead. If there are insufficient numbers on your chosen date, the experience will be rescheduled. Each group will consist of a maximum of 40 people.

What to wear
You are suggested to wear a swimsuit and bring sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent and a hat. It is recommended that participants are dressed upon arrival, so the experience may begin promptly.
Suitability
All the participants must be aged 8 or above.
Participants must be able to swim at least 50 meters.

The centre has basic facilities, such as lockers and changing rooms. Public toilets and shower facilities are available at the sports ground, less than a 5 minute walk away. Remember to bring a small lock for the lockers.

Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance by calling +852 2882 4881 (Monday to Sunday, 10:00 - 19:00) with your voucher code and are subject to availability.
2. Once an Experience booking has been confirmed, no cancellations are permitted. Participants may reschedule their experience where notice has been given at least 1 week prior to experience date and time. Otherwise, the value of the Experience Voucher will be forfeited.
3. If bad weather affects a booking it will be rescheduled by the Experience Partner at no cost to Customers. The rescheduled Experience date must on or before the expiration date of the Voucher, otherwise the value of the Voucher will be forfeited.
4. The Participant must submit a valid Spoilt Experience Voucher to the Experience Partners on or before the experience date as payment for this experience.
5. All Spoilt Experience Vouchers must be booked and used on or before the expiration date.
6. Unless otherwise stated, once a booking has been confirmed by the Experience Partner, a Participant's Experience Voucher will be considered used. Vouchers will no longer be exchangeable for other Spoilt Experiences. Vouchers are nonrefundable.
