Cancellation & Amendments

All cancellation and amendments must be received in writing by email.
Any amendments must be made in writing with a minimum of 30 days notice. We may refuse any amendments with less than 30 days notice. Amendments will not be accepted if requests are made with less than 48 hour notice.
Any amendments that result in the replacement of perishable items (ie. confectionery) will result in additional charge.
Cancellation with more than 30 days notice is fully refundable.
Cancellations less than 30 days, but more than 48 hours before delivery will be refunded in store credit less HK$500 administrative fee.
Cancellations less than 48 hours cannot be cancelled.
Customised or specific items purchased explicitly for the customer cannot be refunded regardless of cancellation date.
In case of any disputes, The Trunk Group Limited reserves the right of final decision.

All customisations require re-quotation.
Customized name tag design must be confirmed within 7 days after the order is placed.
Wedding favours require a minimum order lead time of 30 days.
Customization, specific product requests or product upgrades must be requested at least one month before anticipated date of delivery. We will endeavour to accommodate reasonable requests and quotations will be provided separately.
Requests for specific brands cannot be guaranteed. The Trunk Group Limited reserves the right to refuse a customer's request to purchase products from a specific company or supplier. Products may be purchased separately at the customers own expense, and included in the hampers.
Wedding favours may contain traces of soya, nuts and sesame seed.
Homemade Butterfly Pastry /cookies are freshly made and contain no preservatives. They must be consumed within 10 days of delivery.
Appearance may vary for all handmade products.
